Roasted Chicken And Cauliflower Rice


This perfectly seasoned chicken is melt-in-your-mouth tender and the cauliflower rice makes it a low-carb meal!

Ingredients
  • One three pack of boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 10-ounce bags of organic frozen cauliflower rice, thawed and drained

Instructions
  • Coat chicken with mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Put the cauliflower rice under the air fryer rack.
  • Place chicken on the rack.
  • Roast at 370 degrees for 35 minutes or until done and tender.
  • Serve chicken on top of cauliflower rice.




Faithful French Fries


Fresh cut fries are always a perfect side dish for simple burgers and upscale steaks. Fries also make a great standby snack that everyone loves!

Ingredients
  • Three large russet potatoes, washed, peeled, and cut into “fries”
  • Olive oil (in spray bottle)
  • Salt (consider a healthy version like pink sea salt)

Instructions
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • Pat fries dry with a paper towel.
  • Spray with olive oil.
  • Place fries in the bottom of the air fryer in a single layer.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 13-14 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
  • *Repeat if larger portions are needed.


Apple Chips


These crispy, sweet apple chips make a healthy fall snack and are incredible as a topping on oatmeal!

Ingredients
  • 2 large apples, thinly sliced
  • Cinnamon

Instructions
  • Wash apples and slice thin. The thinner, the crispier!
  • Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees.
  • Sprinkle apple slices with cinnamon. 
  • Arrange apple slices flat in the fryer. (Covering the apples with a metal rack will keep them from popping around in the fryer)
  • Cook for 15 minutes, flipping every five minutes. 
  • When the apples begin to dry out, change the temperature to 330 degrees.
  • Cook for another 10-12 minutes to crisp, flipping them at the halfway point. 
  • Place in a serving bowl and enjoy!


Green Beans


An air fryer roasts most any veggie to delicious perfection in minutes. The kids may even ask for more!

Ingredients
  • Green beans, whole, fresh or frozen
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
  • Wash and trim green beans.
  • Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Air fry according to fryer instructions.
  • Cook frozen beans for an additional 2-3 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.


Buffalo Wings The Air Fryer Way


When you want to stay home, you can still satisfy your craving for buffalo wings!

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of separated chicken wings 
  • Olive oil spray
  • Franks buffalo wing sauce, 12 ounces
  • 6 Tablespoons butter (melted)
  • One teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoons of Tabasco (depending on heat preference)

Instructions
  • Combine Frank’s sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl. -Set aside.
  • Spray Air Fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place chicken wings in an air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 380 degrees for 25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes, increase the temperature to 400 degrees and cook for 5-15 minutes longer.
  • Shake every 5 minutes and begin checking for doneness.
  • Remove when the wings are crisped to your liking.
  •  When the wings are finished, place them in the mixing bowl with the sauce and toss to coat.
  • Serve immediately.




Chocolate Chip Air Fryer Cookies


Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside! Who would’ve thought you could air fry cookies?!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg at room temperature  
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
  • Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 10-20 seconds or just until the butter begins to melt.
  • Add the brown and white sugars and beat until fully combined. 
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla for about 30 seconds. 
  • Stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  • Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes or overnight. 
  • Line the air fryer racks with parchment paper. 
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls into the air fryer basket, about 1.5 inches apart.
  • Air fry at 325 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until golden and cooked through. 
  • Allow cookies to rest 2-3 minutes in the air fryer before removing.


Fluffy Air Fryer Popcorn


Easy and so fluffy! You’ll never go back to the traditional way of popping corn.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil 
  • 1/4 cup popcorn kernels

Instructions
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Line air fryer basket with foil.
  • Place popcorn kernels onto foil. 
  • Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
  • Place in the air fryer for 8 minutes or until most kernels have popped.
  • Remove from the air fryer immediately.
  • Top with melted butter and sprinkle with a touch of salt.


Air Fryer Pumpkin Seeds


‘Tis the time for air fryers and the season for pumpkin seeds!

Ingredients
  • One fresh pumpkin
  • Butter or olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions
  • Remove seeds from pumpkin and wash thoroughly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees.
  • Place cleaned seeds on a few paper towels and press down to remove excess water to dry as much as possible.
  • Melt butter and mix with pumpkin seeds.  
  • Sprinkle salt on top and mix well.
  • Place seeds into the air fryer and close lid/drawer.
  • Cook at 360 degrees for 10 minutes total, shaking basket after 5 minutes.
  • Add more salt if desired.

Ingredients 
  • Dried pasta, your choice!  
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Seasonings of your choice

Instructions
  • Boil pasta in extremely salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and transfer to a bowl.
  • Season with garlic powder, olive oil, parmesan cheese, and other chosen seasonings. 
  • Toss or mix well.
  • Add pasta to the air fryer basket and fry at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, shaking a few times to cook evenly.
  • Transfer the pasta chips to a plate and serve immediately with marinara sauce or other dip.
