If “get more protein” made your New Year’s resolution list, Dunkin’ made it a whole lot easier – and tastier. The chain rolled out Protein Milk, and here’s what makes it exciting: you can add it to almost anything on the menu. Your morning latte? Protein boost. That Refresher you grab on your lunch break? Protein boost. Your afternoon matcha? You get the idea. And if protein drinks aren’t the way you wake up, they just rebooted the $5 meal deal.

Start Your Day for $5

Before we dive into all the protein drinks, here’s something worth knowing: Dunkin’ brought back their $5 Meal Deal. You get a Wake-Up Wrap (with your choice of protein), crispy hash browns, and a medium hot or iced coffee.

OK, So What is Protein Milk, Anyway?

It’s exactly what it sounds like: milk with added protein. A medium drink made with Protein Milk delivers 15 grams of protein, and you can swap it into any drink that normally takes milk or a non-dairy base โ€“ coffees, lattes, matcha, even Refreshers. The taste is creamy and smooth, so your usual order stays familiar while packing way more protein than before.

The Protein Power Players

Dunkin’ launched five drinks built specifically around Protein Milk, and each one packs 15 grams of protein in a medium:

  • Megan’s Mango Protein Refresher: Juicy mango flavor meets Protein Milk for a tropical vibe created by the one and only, Megan Thee Stallion
  • Strawberry Protein Refresher: A creamier spin on the Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher
  • Caramel Chocolate Iced Protein Latte: Espresso, chocolate, caramel, and Protein Milk all in one smooth drink
  • Almond Iced Protein Matcha Latte: Matcha with toasted almond flavor and Protein Milk, whipped until it’s perfectly creamy
  • Iced Protein Latte with Sugar-Free Vanilla: Bold espresso with Protein Milk and Dunkin’s first-ever sugar-free vanilla syrup

More Megan, Please

Dunkin’ went full send on the protein launch, teaming up with Megan Thee Stallion for a whole “Dunk N’ Pump” campaign where she becomes “Pro-Tina” (her protein-loving alter ego). There’s even an original track she created just for Dunkin’, plus retro workout gear if you’re feeling the ’80s aerobics energy.

The limited-edition merch collection includes a Retro Workout Set โ€“ a pink bodysuit paired with vibrant orange leggings that screams throwback gym vibes โ€“ and a Retro Flow Cropped Tee featuring the classic Dunkin’ Donuts logo. Both are available now on DunkinRunsonMerch.com while supplies last, so if you want to match your workout gear to your Protein Refresher, now’s your chance.

More Winter Sips and Bites

While protein’s stealing the spotlight, Dunkin’ added some other winter menu items worth knowing about:
  • Caramel Chocolate Shakin’ Espresso: Double shot with caramel, chocolate, and oatmilk
  • Cocoa Cloud Latte: Espresso with chocolate cold foam on top
  • Berry Moonlight Daydream Refresher: Berry Sangria Daydream topped with sweet cold foam
  • Golden Chocolate Donut: Golden fudge filling, chocolate icing, crushed toffee
  • Sweet Black Pepper Bacon: Back for a limited time (it’s as good as it sounds)

Extra Perks for Rewards Members

If you’re a Dunkin’ Rewards Member (itโ€™s free!), there are some solid deals running through February. The highlight: $3 medium Protein Refreshers, plus a free protein add-in with any latte purchase. They’re also running bonus point days throughout the month, including triple points on all protein drinks for National Protein Day.

You can keep your regular routine and hit your protein goals at the same time. Your morning coffee run just got more useful.
