While hot cereals like oatmeal are a comforting boost on cold mornings, overnight oats are a refreshing alternative on warm spring and summer days. Another difference is that overnight oats soak slowly as you sleep whereas the traditional version has to be prepared and cooked in the already hectic mornings. Simply put, overnight oats are mixed with a milk option and allowed to sit overnight in the fridge to create a quick, easy, ready-to-eat breakfast that’s loaded with rich fiber, proteins, and gut-healthy nutrition. Need some help deciding where to start? These delicious recipes will have the whole family begging for more!
