Through the end of March, McDonald’s fans can snag a two-for-one deal on Sausage McMuffins with Egg when ordering delivery through the McDonald’s app. Whether you’ve got a big appetite, someone to share with, or want to save one for later – this is a good way to save some money while still enjoying a tasty McBreakfast. 

The deal is part of McDonald’s celebration for 50 years of serving breakfast which started with the Egg McMuffin in 1975. The idea came from franchisee Herb Peterson who approached McDonald’s founder Ray Kroc with the concept of serving a classic diner dish – Eggs Benedict – in a handheld form. And the rest is history. 

In addition to the BOGO deal, McDonald’s also is bringing their bagel sandwiches to all locations in the US. The classic Bacon, Egg & Cheese and the iconic Steak, Egg & Cheese are now available nationwide.

 

Step-by-Step To Score These Savings

This deal is only good on McDelivery orders on the McDonald’s app. Once you’re logged into the app or have created a new account follow these easy steps: 

• Click “Rewards & Deals.”
• Under “App Exclusive Deals,” click “Buy on Sausage McMuffin with Egg, get one FREE.”
• When you see the screen above, click “Add to McDelivery Order.”
• A pop-up will ask you to confirm that you want to use the deal (only one deal per order). 
• Next you’ll enter your delivery address or select it if you have it saved. 
• On the next page you can choose to customize one or both Sausage and Egg McMuffins. Then click “Add to Order.”
• If you want to order more items, head back to the menu before the next step to do so then click on your bag to complete your order.
• Next, click “Choose Payment.”
• Enter your phone number then select a delivery option from “hand to me,” “deliver to door,” and “leave outside,” and add any delivery instructions. 
• Choose your payment method at the bottom of the screen or enter a new card. 
• Click “Place Order” and you’re all set!
