Though no one likely wants to wake up to a ghost of Christmas, the title of the same by the Trans Siberian Orchestra is a completely different matter! The CD features songs from their three Christmas Rock Operas. This CD was released in 2016 to coincide with the Winter Tour of The Ghosts of Christmas Eve and the Greatest Hits of Trans Siberian Orchestra. That year, along with 2015 and 2017, they brought this story to the stage which is from their one and only DVD of the same name. This CD makes a nice companion to the DVD while differing in two songs…Hark The Herald is replaced by Christmas Dreams and O Holy Night is replaced by What Child Is This…making the CD reflect the live show. This CD has their biggest hit Christmas Eve Sarajevo, as well as favorites like The Sweet Christmas Canon, The Fun First Snow, The Moving Music Box Blues, O Come All Ye Faithful and O Holy Night.
