As the days grow longer and with daylight savings upon us, it’s the perfect opportunity to not only adjust our clocks and change smoke detector batteries but also tackle some much-needed spring cleaning tasks. With just a little planning and organization, you can transform your home from winter hibernation mode to a fresh and rejuvenated springtime space. Let’s dive into a comprehensive room-by-room and outdoor guide with no corner left untouched while ensuring a safe and fun spring and summer break that won’t break the bank either! 



Kitchen


-Clean and organize pantry shelves, tossing out expired items.

-Wipe down cabinets, countertops, and appliances, paying special attention to flammable greasy buildup.

-Defrost and clean out the refrigerator and freezer, again disposing of any forgotten unrecognizable, or expired items.

-Run the self-cleaning cycle on your oven and sanitize the microwave. Boiling lemon water gives a refreshing start to loosening grime in the microwave.
