You must be a Target Circle member* to qualify for this deal but signing up is free and easy so start by doing that here or through the Target app. Once you’re signed up and signed in you can purchase your gift cards online or at a Target store near you. When purchasing online, the 10% discount will automatically be applied to gift cards at checkout. You can use your associated phone number when checking out in-store to receive the discount there.
